Order Cancellation

All purchases made on www.itraaha.co.in are considered final.
Itraaha reserves the right to deny cancellation requests once the order has been confirmed. We do not allow cancellations after dispatch.

Return Policy

At Itraaha, our perfumes are crafted with care, in small, fresh batches. Due to the personal nature of these items, we maintain a no return and no refund policy, unless the product received is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Unsealed packaging

  • Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind

In Case of Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement of the exact same product.
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is opened. This video is mandatory and should show the full condition of the product and packaging.

  • Notify us within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Send us the unboxing video along with clear photos of the issue.

  • Include your Order Number, Full Name, and Contact Details in the message.

Please note, we reserve the right to inspect and verify the claim before issuing a replacement.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases of returned, refused, unclaimed, or undelivered packages.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred while returning a product.

  • Returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging, and securely packed to avoid transit damage.

  • If a returned product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund.
